Petrol Station

Petrol station in every country operates differently. It varies to the customer needs, operation standard, government standards, and corporate standards. In some situation self-service cannot be applied, and in some countries self-service is a must. Some countries require ticket printers, which becomes trend like in Indonesia. Demands in petrol stations varies in each country, customers, dealers, and corporate.
Petrol station owners are looking for a solution that meets their requirements such as operation, reports, hardware integration, software integration, and so on. Our edge is that we build our solution and we are very flexible in meeting the needs of our customers.

We always study the process of operation and apply automation into the area that will maintain or improve efficiency. Our solution is based on the needs of the customer. We discuss the process together with the customer and help them make the solution. Efficiency of the operation is one of the strongest points that we always consider in our solution.

Reliability

We use global standard hardware in our automation. We do not allow manipulation of data in areas such ATG and pump related data. Our reports especially in Fuel Sales, Tank Reconciliation, Fuel Delivery are very informative that will allow the operation people to double check the reliability of the data. Example, we print the height and volume value of the ATG during the delivery so that they can double check the values into the tank strapping table. To prove the reliability, the system must able to give information to the user to do their manual comparison.

Stability

We choose stable hardware and software. In software and database, we choose Microsoft Solution. Microsoft Solution is a leading provider of software programming tools, and their MS SQL is one of leading database engine. We proved based on statistic data of system failure, our system is running 99% in a per year.

Integrated

Our solution (Petrol Station Software) is integrated to the fuel dispensers, ATG and alarm sensors, printers, Bank EDC, Price board, RFID, SMS, and to the Internet.

Technology grows rapidly, and because we did all these integrations by ourselves, it makes us more confident that integration to our solution is a norm. The future is bright.

Future

We always keep in mind about the future. We do research. We listen to the market needs. Customer requirements can be discussed and we are ready to deliver new requirements if did not meet with the current solution. It is part of our design that the solution must be open for enhancements.
